Vertical and Agility Camp is designed for athletes to increase their vertical and agility skills. Vertical and agility ability play an important role in preventing injuries in athletes while advancing volleyball skill on the court. Athletes will be pushed to their fullest athletic potential in a controlled and fun environment.
