Training intensity increases. With the NCAA, you're still in the same limitations as a freshman. 

During this year we recommend: 

1. Make sure you are constantly updating your profile with new videos 

2. Starting to send introduction emails to coaches in the spring. They won't be able to respond but we want them to become familiar with your name
